Pre-Kindergarten

The pre-kindergarten classroom is designed for children ages 3-5 years old to feel like a second home full of warmth and love.  We believe that the work of childhood is play.  We ensure that every aspect of the Pre-k classroom is developmentally appropriate and carefully selected. Curiosity and wonder are fully supported and encouraged.  The children in the pre-k classroom bake bread, paint, draw, garden, cut vegetables to make soup, and are led by modeling daily life and chores.  Children are encouraged to care for and support one another. We will have ample outside playtime, rain or shine! Children are immersed in storytelling, puppet shows, nature and science activities, and more.
